Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Wrong item received.
- Item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- Request made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product (based on courier tracking).
We do not accept returns for “change of mind”, misuse, or for digital products once accessed.
How to Request
- Email help@haffa.my or WhatsApp +6011-2413 9151 within 7 days.
- Provide order number, clear photos/videos, and a brief description.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
- If the error is ours, we will cover return shipping (we’ll provide a prepaid label or claim method).
- Otherwise, return shipping is borne by the customer.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance / final sale items.
- Digital content (e.g., eBooks, video classes) once accessed.
- Items not in original packaging or missing components/free gifts.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
Coverage
We ship within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak) and international deliveries.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Pre-order/backorder timelines appear on the product page if applicable.
Courier Partner
We primarily use Poslaju Malaysia or an equivalent courier.
Delivery Timeframes
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days
Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier issues.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your parcel has been shipped.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address or no recipient, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
Damage or Shortage
Please report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos so we can assist promptly.
